Common questions
- How do I sign in?
- Choose Continue with Apple, or Continue with email and type the 6-digit code we send you. There is no password.
- I didn't get the code.
- Check your spam or junk folder and that the address is right, then tap Send a new code. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
- Will I lose my habits if I sign in?
- No. The habits on your phone are added to your account, and stay on your phone.
- How do I use Keyston on another device?
- Sign in with the same Apple ID or email on the other device. Your habits and history come across within a few seconds.
- How do I export my data?
- Go to You › Data and choose Export. You get a file with all your habits and history.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to You › Account › Delete account. It removes everything from our servers and your phone, stops any stakes and cancels your alarms. It can't be undone.
- How do I cancel Keyston Plus?
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions › Keyston. To restore a purchase on a new phone, use You › Keyston Plus › Restore purchases.
- How do I stop a stake?
- Open the habit's stake in the app and tap Stop. It applies from the next day that hasn't started; days already missed are still charged.
- I think I was charged by mistake.
- Email us within 30 days with the date and the habit. If the app got it wrong, we refund it. See Stakes in the Terms.
- Reminders or alarms don't go off.
- Check that notifications (and alarms) are allowed for Keyston in your iPhone's Settings, and that Focus modes aren't silencing them. You › Notifications shows the current status.
